Boundary wire, RTK, LiDAR, ASIN, island: the terms used on this site, explained without jargon.
Boundary wire: a cable that defines the mowing zone. RTK: satellite positioning with a reference antenna. LiDAR: a sensor that measures distances and builds a map. Vision: a camera that supplements obstacle detection.
Hardware and cutting
Cutting width: width of the strip cut per pass, in centimetres. Cutting height: adjustable range from lowest to highest cut. AWD: four driven wheels.
Battery and cycles
Battery capacity: stored energy in Ah or Wh. Cycle: one mowing run plus charge. Charge time: duration from empty to usable, rarely published on product pages.
Commerce and affiliate
ASIN: the unique product identifier in Amazon's catalogue. Affiliate link: a tracked link that pays a commission if a purchase follows, at no extra cost to the buyer.
